Why am I doing this?

Hello everyone or no one... ... I have started this blog as a sort of diary. I haven't been all that happy with my physical self as of late and am beginning to remedy these feelings. I thought that this might be a good place to go when I have things to say and no one to really say them to. So enjoy, laugh at, or relate to all that is to follow. Andi

Starting again

Almost 2 years ago now, I lost 60 pounds and have now gained back all but 5 of them.  (To be honest I haven't gotten on the scale in a couple of weeks cuz I am afraid they are all back)  It's driving me nuts that I feel like a slug again, but I have been finding it hard to get back on the wagon this time.  A couple nights ago I decided to try the new Weight Watcher's Points System.  I have been reading a lot of other blogs and information online about it and it seems to be a much more feasible and long term approach than other 'diets' that I have tried. 

I know that I am carb sensitive and that a low carb diet allows me to drop pounds fast (3 a week) but I am looking for something that is easier to keep on keeping on once goals are reached.  I have decided to set my first goal as under 200 lbs which will be quite a journey.  I plan to use this blog as a way to keep track of anything that needs tracking.
