Why am I doing this?

Hello everyone or no one... ... I have started this blog as a sort of diary. I haven't been all that happy with my physical self as of late and am beginning to remedy these feelings. I thought that this might be a good place to go when I have things to say and no one to really say them to. So enjoy, laugh at, or relate to all that is to follow. Andi

Day Twenty-three

Just got back from the swimming pool. Even tho' I am not a strong swimmer I sure feel like I get good exercise when I am there.  I do my best to stay moving in the pool for an entire hour.  I know I have only been doing this for a few weeks, but I can already tell that my endurance is building and I am not getting as tired as quickly as I was 3 weeks ago.


Special K fruit & yogurt with 1/2 cup nonfat milk
coffee with creamer and a banana
1 cup chicken with Italian Herbs Light soup with 4 whole wheat crackers
clementine
Asparagas Pasta
Sugar free pudding and fiber granola bar.
Multigrain snacks
bowl of cheerios with nonfat milk
