I was so bad this weekend that I'm not weighing in... I'm not countying these 2 days. I know they were bad, but don't want to spend the time looking up what I consumed. Suffice it to say that it was WAY too much. and I didn't even go swimming... :(
I am hoping that I've gotten this out of my system for a while. This morning I started out like the weekend never happened. Eating a good breakfast and making sure I have my fruit around. My goal today is only eating when hungry.... AND to get back into the kitchen. Too much eating out this weekend, too.
