How fortunate for me that this is day One Hundred... after struggling for the last 2 weeks to keep on track I went to bed yesterday determined to get back on track in the morning... not realizing that it's day 100 today.
I started out good with my breakfast and I must say that I think breakfast, or lack thereof, seems to have been a cause of my symptoms. As I look back over the last 2 weeks I see that I often skipped breakfast. These days led to sever evening munchies.... Interesting when you actually keep track and can see trends.
Special K yogurt/berries/nonfat milk 4
Weight Watchers key lime yogurt 2
Salad bar with fat free catalina, turkey, and 1/4 cup noodle salad 5
baked spinach and Rotini 8
chips/salsa 6
special K with berries/nonfat milk 4
I even went swimming...
