Why am I doing this?

Hello everyone or no one... ... I have started this blog as a sort of diary. I haven't been all that happy with my physical self as of late and am beginning to remedy these feelings. I thought that this might be a good place to go when I have things to say and no one to really say them to. So enjoy, laugh at, or relate to all that is to follow. Andi

Second Weigh In

Well folks... it was time for the second weigh of this journey of mine, so I went through my morning routine and hopped on the scale to positive results!  Nearly another 2 pounds.  Again, not a landslide, but still consistency is the goal here.  Most all of the buzz I hear is that 1-2 pounds a week is what the aim should be, so yay! for me. 

Man, It's early and I'm hungry.... Where's the cereal?
